You will need
- - 250 g puff pastry
- - 400 g of condensed milk
- - 400 g of water
- - 100 g nuts
- - 50 g of dried fruit
- - vanilla
- - 100 g cream
- - 20 g butter
- - 1 tbsp. l orange peel

Sauté the nuts in a dry skillet without oil. Grind nuts and dried fruits with a knife.

Grind puff pastries, tear off small pieces from the main layer. Mix with a nut-fruit mixture.

Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan, add water, vanillin, stir well and bring to a boil, stirring, boil for another 5 minutes. Let the milk cool and inject the mixture.

Instead of condensed milk and water, you can use 800 grams of cream, milk or a combination of them, add about 100 grams of sugar.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Put the mixture in a refractory container, put a couple of pieces of oil on the bottom. Spread the cream evenly on top. Bake for 15 minutes.
