You will need
- - ½ tsp Basilica
- - 6 pcs. chicken breasts;
- - 2 tbsp butter;
- - ¼ Art. olive oil;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 200 g of spaghetti;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 800 g of tomato paste;
- - 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 eggs.

Set the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Add a little salt to the breadcrumbs, mix and pour into a flat plate. In a bowl, beat eggs with pepper using a mixer.

Divide the breast into two equal parts along the bone. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg, and then roll them thoroughly in breadcrumbs. All meat should be evenly coated with breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a pan, and then carefully transfer the meat into the breadcrumbs. Fry meat on each side for 3 minutes. Rusks should turn light brown.

Now put the pieces of meat in a refractory form. Let the garlic pass through a press and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Add the tomato paste and basil to the garlic. Switch to low heat and simmer another 8 minutes. Do not forget to mix.

Now put butter in a pan and let it melt. Pour the meat in the resulting sauce, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top. Send the meat to cook for 30 minutes, covering it with foil.

Now you can start the side dish. Boil spaghetti, throw them in a colander. Put them in a pan to the remaining sauce. Stir the spaghetti well and simmer on low heat. Once the chicken is ready, put the spaghetti in the sauce on the bottom of the plate and the chicken on it. Serve hot.
