If you want something unusual and at the same time satisfying, make zrazy from beef in Warsaw. The main ingredient in this dish is beef. Meat is prepared together with a wonderful sauce and it turns out tasty and aromatic.

You will need

  • - vegetable oil - 30 ml;

  • - onions - 2 pcs;

  • - butter - 50 g;

  • - wheat flour - 30 g;

  • - beef - 450 g;

  • - breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.;

  • - sea salt - 1/2 tsp

Rinse the meat well under running water. Next, slice the beef into broad pieces, across the fibers. The thickness of the pieces should be about 1.5 centimeters. Beat the meat well to make thin and flat pieces.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Add a little softened butter and breadcrumbs to the onion. Thoroughly mix the whole mass - this will be the filling.

In equal parts, lay the prepared filling on each piece of meat. Roll each piece into a roll, fix each edge with a toothpick. Roll the products in flour. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and place the beef rolls on its surface.

Fry the rolls on all sides over high heat. Their color should turn light brown. Put the fried items in a saucepan. Distribute the remaining filling on top of them, add 250 ml of water, sprinkle with salt.

Sauté with a lid over low heat for 1.5 hours. Make sure that the dish is not burnt. The meat should become soft and very juicy, forming around itself a fragrant and tasty sauce.

Serve the prepared beef zrazy in Warsaw with rice, potatoes or a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, onions, peppers and parsley.
