Rinse the pork tenderloin, clean it of films and grease, cut into medallions about 1.5 cm thick.

Fry the tenderloin until cooked, cover with foil to keep the meat warm.

Chop the onions, cut the mushrooms into slices. Put the onions in a frying pan, sauté for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the champignons, sauté for another 5 minutes.
