500 grams of beef, 200 grams of smoked brisket, 200 grams of smoked sausage, 3 potatoes, 3 liters of water, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 3 pickles, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 4 slices of lemon, 4 olives, parsley, 2 bay leaves, sunflower oil.

Rinse the beef, fill with cold water and cook for 40 minutes. Put the whole peeled onion and 2 bay leaves in the broth and cook for another 20 minutes.

Remove the beef from the broth, separate the meat from the bones and cut into cubes. Remove the onion and bay leaf from the broth.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and add to the broth. Peel and fry onions and carrots in sunflower oil. Rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater.

When the potatoes are soft, add the fried onions with carrots, cucumbers and tomato to the broth. After 2 minutes, add the beef, finely chopped smoked brisket and sausage. Cook for 10 minutes.

Add half-sliced olives, lemon wedges and finely chopped parsley. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. You can add sour cream to your taste.
