You will need
2-3 kg of goose, 3 small green apples, 100 g of prunes, salt, pepper, sunflower oil, 2 sheets of foil.

Rinse the goose and pat dry with paper towels. Rub it outside with salt and pepper. Cover with a paper towel and leave for half an hour.

Wash the apples, cut into slices and remove the core. Wash the prunes and soak in cold water for 20 minutes.

Mix apples with prunes and start the goose.

Put the foil on a baking sheet, grease it with sunflower oil, put the stuffed goose and cover it with a sheet of foil on top.

Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 3-3.5 hours over medium heat. Every half hour, open the foil and water the goose with the resulting fat. Bon Appetit!
