Foil is one of the popular kitchen "accessories". The meat, fish, poultry or vegetables baked in it turn out to be very juicy, tender and aromatic. In addition, products prepared in foil retain a maximum of beneficial properties. But the foil can be used not only for baking, but also for storing food in the refrigerator, as well as for preparing some cold snacks.

Instruction manual

1

Snack roll "Yummy"

Spread a large sheet of pita bread on the work surface and grease it with sour cream. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and mix with garlic cloves peeled and passed through the press. Cut smoked sausage into thin strips. Put grated cheese mixed with garlic on greased pita bread. Put the second pita bread on top, grease it with sour cream and put the sausage cut into strips. Then put the third pita, smeared with mayonnaise, and lay out the carrots in Korean. Roll all three layers very carefully. Wrap it tightly with baking foil and place in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, free the snack roll from the foil and cut it into round slices.

2

Pork "Accordion"

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Then cut into thin slices, and cheese into slices. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Wash a piece of pork, dry with a paper towel and make deep cuts in the meat every 1.5-2 centimeters. Rub the pork thoroughly with a mixture of salt and ground pepper on all sides. In each incision, put a slice of cheese, a circle of tomato and a clove of garlic. Wrap the meat prepared in this way in foil, place on a baking sheet and set for 50 minutes to bake in the oven, heated to 180 ° C.

3

Festive Mackerel

Gut the mackerel, remove the head, then cut the fish along the ridge into 2 halves and separate all the bones. Wash the resulting fillet, pat dry with a napkin, rub with salt and ground pepper, and pour over lemon juice. Then prepare the filling. To do this, peel onions and carrots. Chop the onion into thin half rings, and cut the carrots into strips. Sauté vegetables in vegetable oil. Finely chopped hard-boiled eggs, and grate the cream cheese without a grater. Combine all the prepared ingredients: fried carrots and onions, chopped eggs and grated cream cheese. Stir the filling thoroughly. Take a sheet of baking foil and grease it with vegetable oil. Fill the layer of mackerel with the skin down on the foil, distribute the filling on top and cover with the second layer of fish laid on the filling with the skin up. After that, wrap the mackerel in foil, put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for half an hour to bake until cooked. Serve the fish to the table, garnishing with slices of lemon.

note

In foil, you can cook not only pork, but also beef, lamb, chicken, turkey, goose, duck. The exception is game - it is not baked in foil.

Useful advice

For better tightness, it is recommended to wrap the baked products in 2 layers of foil (if it is thin).
