Chorizo goulash is a very hearty and aromatic dish. It is prepared in an hour. When serving, the goulash is seasoned with sour cream and fresh herbs. Canned green peas can be replaced with a Turkish variety called chickpeas.

- - 300 g of chorizo sausage
- - 2 onion heads
- - 300 g of potatoes
- - 600 g canned tomatoes
- - olive oil

- - ground black pepper
- - Bay leaf
- - 250 g canned green peas
- - 150 g sour cream

Cut into small cubes potatoes and carrots. Grind onions and garlic. Chorizo can be cut into thin plates or small pieces. Mix all the ingredients with canned peas.

Put the vegetable mixture in a saucepan or in a deep frying pan. Fry lightly in olive oil. Pour in a small amount of broth and add bay leaf or oregano for flavor. Stew the ingredients on low heat for 30 minutes.

Pepper and salt goulash to taste a few minutes before cooking. If you like spicy dishes, you can use paprika or chili instead of black pepper. Before serving, season the goulash with a few spoons of sour cream.
