You will need

    • 1.5 kg of meat;
    • 300 g eggplant;
    • 200 g of onion;
    • 300 g carrots;
    • 300 g of potatoes;
    • 200 g of bell pepper;
    • 200 g tomato;
    • 100 ml of water;
    • 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
    • parsley and dill;
    • salt
    • pepper to taste.

Wash the eggplants, wipe with a towel and cut off the skin from them. Cut into small cubes. Peel and rinse the onion under cold water, then cut it into thin half rings. Rinse the meat well and cut into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into a stewpan (cauldron, saucepan) and heat over low heat. Add the onions to the heated oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the meat and simmer for 20 minutes, with the lid closed.

Peel, wash and grate the carrots for Korean carrots or cut into thin cubes. Peel, rinse and cut the potatoes into slices. Take a deep plate, place the potatoes in it and pour in cold water to remove excess starch.

Salt the meat with onions, pepper and simmer for 13-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put eggplant on top and, without stirring, keep on fire for another 7-10 minutes.

In a small saucepan, draw 100 ml of water and bring to a boiling point. Rinse the potatoes under running water and lay them in the next layer in a saucepan, add water and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Cut the pepper into two, remove the partitions and seeds and rinse thoroughly. Cut into thin strips.

Add a layer of carrots to the stewpan, after 10 minutes a layer of pepper and a little salt (0.5 tsp). Stew meat with vegetables for 15 minutes without stirring.

Take a small saucepan, place the tomatoes in it, pour boiling water for 20-30 seconds. After the set time, drain the hot water and pour the tomatoes in cold water for 1 minute. Carefully remove the fruits from the liquid and remove the skin from them. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Rinse greens well under running water and lay on a cotton towel to dry.

Add tomatoes to the meat with vegetables and leave it on fire for another 15 minutes. Then mix everything gently and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Finely chop the greens and add to the stewpan. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let the finished dish brew for 8-10 minutes.
