- 100 g of grated chocolate;
- 1 cup sour cream;
- Wooden spatula;

Take a sieve and sift the sugar into the pan so that there are no lumps.

Add all the sour cream to the pan with sugar, stir.

Place the pot on a slow fire. Stir with a wooden spatula until sugar is completely dissolved.

Introduce gradually grated chocolate into the hot sugar mass. In this case, continue to stir with a spatula, not allowing to boil.

Once all the chocolate has melted, remove the pan from the heat.

Cool the icing a little while continuing to stir with a wooden spatula until the mixture is lightly desolate.

Pour the icing onto the previously prepared cake and begin to cover it with a spatula in an even layer.

Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, so that the icing solidifies.

Glaze is not advisable to use on butter or cream, otherwise it will leak.
Useful advice
Carefully watch that all the sugar has time to dissolve, and only then introduce the chocolate, otherwise it will burn. But if you have this, use a small strainer.
