The chicken must be thoroughly cleaned of possible feather residues, then washed inside and out and rid of excess fluid with a cloth. Then grate well with a mixture of salt (preferably sea) and black pepper, leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel 2 oranges and an apple, divide them into slices. Stuff the carcass with these fruits and sew the edges of the abdomen. Leave the chicken for an hour at room temperature.

After the set time, it is necessary to squeeze the juice from the remaining orange and lemon, mix. Pour them chicken, rubbing a little juice into the skin. Then put the carcass in a baking bag, pour in the remaining juice and tie the ends of the bag with a knot or fasten with special clamps. Be sure to make a few punctures on top of the bag so that it does not pout while cooking.

The roasting sleeve is good because it allows you to spend much less time on roasting chicken, and the oven and baking sheet after such cooking do not have to be washed from the resulting fat.

Then put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for 40 minutes. After this time, it is advisable to tear the package so that the chicken crust is browned for another 10-15 minutes. The finished bird should be put on a dish, remove the filling and serve it as a side dish.

In a baking sleeve, chicken can be cooked immediately with potatoes and other vegetables. For such a dish you will need the following products: chicken, 4 potatoes, 6-8 cherry tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 small mushrooms, salt and black pepper, rosemary, olive oil.

The chicken needs to be thoroughly washed, dried a little and cut into 8 pieces of approximately the same size. Fold in a deep cup. Add to it peeled and chopped potatoes, washed mushrooms and chopped garlic. Everything should be salt, pepper, add rosemary, whole cherry tomatoes. Then pour the contents of the cup with a small amount of olive oil and mix thoroughly, being careful not to crush the tomatoes. Leave on for 15 minutes at room temperature.

Other vegetables can be added to the chicken, such as onions, carrots, zucchini or eggplant. Only they first need to be cut into pieces.

After the set time, the chicken with vegetables should be put in a baking bag. Tie its ends and pierce the middle. Put on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 35-45 minutes. The finished dish must be laid out on a large flat dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve until it has cooled. Chicken cooked in this way is an ideal treat for a large number of people.

You can also cook chicken in a marinade of kefir and soy sauce. For this you will need: chicken carcass, ½ cup kefir, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cm ginger root, 3 cloves of garlic, salt and black pepper to taste, marjoram and turmeric on the tip of a knife.

The chicken carcass must be washed, dried and grated with salt. Leave on for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the marinade by mixing kefir, soy sauce, garlic, grated ginger, turmeric, black pepper and marjoram. With this marinade, grease the bird and put it in a baking bag. Pour the remains of the marinade there. Fix the edges of the bag, put it in the oven and bake the chicken for 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. Then break the bag, set the temperature to 210 ° C and cook until golden brown.
