  • - 2-3 pcs. lettuce leaves;

  • - 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese;

  • - 1 sheet of nori;

  • - 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds;

  • - soy sauce.

Let's start with the basics. Rinse the rice well, transfer to a saucepan. Fill it with water and leave for half an hour. After this time, put the pan of rice on medium heat and wait until it boils. Cook for about 10 minutes under the lid over low heat. Remove the rice from the heat and leave it for another 10 minutes.

Mix salt, rice vinegar and sugar with each other, warm this mixture a little. Transfer the cooked rice into a bowl and pour the sauce. Let the rice cool.

Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. It is necessary to fry until the sesame seeds acquire a golden color. Then pour it on a plate and leave it to cool.

Let's get down to the vegetables. Chop the cucumber. Peel the avocado and slice it. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. On each sheet, put 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese. Smear it and fold the sheet so that a dense roll is formed as a result.

Cover the bamboo mat with cling film. Put a sheet of nori on it. Putting is necessary with the smooth side down. Moisten your hand in water, take a handful of rice and lay it on a nori, then press firmly. Gently flip the sheet so that the rice is on the film.

Then put avocados, cucumber and “rolls” on the nori, which resulted from the folding of lettuce leaves. All that is laid out, roll into a roll using a bamboo mat and roll on a cutting board.

Pour the sesame seeds onto the board. Free the roll from the film and the mat and roll in sesame. Then cut into equal portions and put on a dish. Rolls with vegetables and cottage cheese are ready.
