Salad with squid and cucumber is a delicious festive dish with an unusual taste. A wonderful combination of seafood, mushrooms and cucumbers in this salad complement the specially prepared sauce.

To prepare a festive salad with squid and cucumber, you will need: 200 g squid, 100 g oyster mushrooms, 3 fresh cucumbers, 200 g peeled shrimps, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. l lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l olive oil, 3 tbsp. l sour cream, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp Worcester sauce, salt, black pepper, green onion.

You can use frozen seafood for cooking, in this case, before cooking, defrost squid and shrimp at room temperature, do not defrost food in the microwave.

In order to make such a salad, first prepare the squid. Rinse the product under cold running water, if necessary, remove the entrails and the chord. Next, scald the squid with boiling water, place in a pan, fill with cold water, salt and boil seafood until fully cooked. Rinse, clean and boil the shrimp. Put the prepared ingredients in different containers and let them cool to room temperature. Next, finely chop the boiled squid.

Unlike poultry and animal meat, squids have weak fibers, so their preparation takes little time. To cook squid for salad, just dip it in water for 1-3 minutes, depending on the size of the carcass.

Peel the onions from the husk, then finely chop it. Take oyster mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and set it on medium heat. When the pan is sufficiently heated, put one half of the chopped onion and mushrooms on it, fry the ingredients until cooked. Scalp the other half of the onion with boiling water.

Boil the eggs, then cool them in cold water. Peel and dice. Wash the cucumbers, dry them with a kitchen towel, and cut the eggs into small cubes, just like eggs. Now that all the ingredients for making the festive salad are ready, make a delicious dressing dressing.

Take a small bowl and combine in it olive oil, Worcester sauce, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients well until smooth. Using a fine grater, grate the lemon zest, leave it to decorate the salad. Chop green onions finely.

Take a salad bowl and put in it chopped squid, shrimp, oyster mushrooms with fried onions, scalded onions, eggs and cucumbers. Season the salad with the resulting sauce, salt and pepper if necessary, mix the ingredients well. Garnish the top with a little lemon zest and chopped green onions. Put the dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
