- - 100 g butter;
- - salt;
- - 3 egg yolks;
- - 125 ml cream;

Instruction manual
1
Wash the potatoes and, without peeling them, boil until tender. Once the potatoes are cooked, let it cool.
2
Now you can peel already cooked potatoes and cut into slices. The thickness of each of them should be approximately 0.5 cm.
3
Mash cottage cheese with a fork. Butter should be grated and added to the curd. Keep in mind, if you have chosen fatty cottage cheese, then butter is not required. Curd cheese may be preferred.
4
If you nevertheless added butter to the cottage cheese, then the resulting mass should be thoroughly ground.
5
We proceed directly to the baking. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out a layer of potatoes. Salt it and put a layer of cottage cheese. Put the potatoes on the curd again and salt it. Then again cottage cheese and again potatoes. Remember: the first and last layer is necessarily potatoes. Each layer of potatoes needs to be salted.
6
Now mix the egg yolks with cream and salt. If there is no cream, then take milk with sour cream. Pour over the potatoes with cottage cheese.
7
All this must be baked in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees until the mass acquires a golden color.
8
The dish can be served to the table, previously garnished with chopped green onions.
