  • - a bundle of glass noodles (200 g);

  • - 350 g chicken;

  • - 250 g of peeled shrimp;

  • - 1 chicken egg;

  • - 1 small onion;

  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 3 cm ginger root;

  • - 3 tablespoons soy sauce + 1.5 tbsp for noodles;

  • - 1/2 tsp curry;

  • - 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;

  • - salt;

  • - 20 g of parsley;

  • - 1 tbsp sesame seeds;

  • - vegetable oil;
  • For salad:

  • - 200 g of glass noodles;

  • - 1 cucumber;

  • - 1 carrot;

  • - 1 bell pepper red;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;

  • - 1 tbsp sesame seeds;

  • - 1/3 tsp ground coriander and dried ginger;

  • - salt;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • Sauce:

  • - 100 ml of soy sauce;

  • - 50 ml of rice or apple cider vinegar;

  • - 2 tsp Sahara;

  • - a pinch of ground black pepper;

  • - 1/3 tsp salt and paprika.

Glass noodles with chicken and prawns on hot

Wash the chicken fillet, cut into thin strips and put in a container or bowl. Pour them with soy sauce, beaten egg, sprinkle with curry, mix and marinate for 1 hour. Soak the noodles in cold water for 45 minutes. Peel and chop the onion and garlic with a knife, cut the ginger into cubes.

Heat the vegetable oil, transfer the chicken into it, pre-drain the marinade, fry until golden and lay out. Add oil to a pan and pass onion, garlic and ginger in it. Then add more oil and cook the shrimp.

Dry the noodles on a thick paper towel or drop them in a colander and fry with soy sauce, stirring with a wooden spatula. Add to it all the previously prepared products, stir everything well, pepper and add salt, if necessary. Serve hot while sprinkling with chopped parsley and sesame seeds.

Chinese Glass Noodle Salad with Vegetables

Wash all vegetables. Grind carrots and cucumber with straws, preferably on a special grater for Korean snacks. Scrub the pepper and chop the pulp into half rings. Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients listed and thoroughly whipping them with a whisk or fork. Boil water, pour in glass noodles and leave for 3-5 minutes, then immediately lower it into ice water for 10 seconds to stop the hot process.

Peel the garlic clove and crush it with a knife. Fry the garlic in vegetable oil until almost black and discard. Pour sesame seeds into the same place, put carrot chips and slices of bell pepper. Cook for a few minutes, then remove from heat, stir in the cucumber and spices and mix thoroughly. Combine vegetables and noodles in a large salad bowl, season with sauce and let it brew for half an hour.
