If you like a casserole, and the usual recipe is tired, you are offered a casserole of rice and mushrooms. It turns out also tasty, fast and very appetizing looks. The main dish is easy to prepare. So even a child can handle it.

You will need
- 200 grams of rice + 500 ml of water in order to boil the rice,
- 150 grams of champignons (you can take other mushrooms, which you like more),
- 1 medium onion,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil,
- 100 ml cream 10% fat,
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sour cream 15%,
- hard cheese for a beautiful crust - optional
- a pinch of salt

Boil the rice until cooked. Salt water.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan, adding olive or sunflower oil. Cooking until transparent.

Finely chop the mushrooms, add them to the onion, slightly salt and fry over low heat for 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked.

Fill the mushrooms with cream and simmer for 5 minutes, while constantly stirring the mixture.

In a special baking dish, slightly greased with olive oil, we apply a portion of the cooked rice. Put the creamy mushroom mixture on rice. On top of the mushrooms is the remaining half of the rice.

Cover the top of the casserole with sour cream, add the shabby cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until a golden crust appears.
