Green rolls are one of the most unusual dishes of Japanese cuisine. These rolls got their name thanks to caviar, which is used for their preparation. Flying fish roe comes in 3 varieties - black, red and green. The color of this caviar depends on the ingredients that are added to it to get a certain shade.

Instruction manual
1
Prepare rice for sushi, seasoned with soy sauce and rice vinegar.
2
On a bamboo mat put a sheet of nori seaweed. To prevent the mat from getting dirty, it is better to wrap it with cling film. Cover the surface of the sheet with boiled rice for sushi. Grease a layer of rice with green tobiko caviar and turn over the algae sheet so that the rice is on the cling film.
3
In the middle of the sheet put the filling of Philadelphia cream cheese, sliced salmon (or shrimp) and tobiko caviar. If you are preparing a shrimp roll, you can pre-fry them in vegetable oil.
4
Using a mat, wrap the roll and cut it into 6-8 equal parts. Green rolls should be served with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
