Put sugar and ketchup, mix and boil. Dilute the starch in water and pour into a saucepan in a thin stream, stirring all the time. Cook the sauce until thickened and remove from heat.

Chinese sauce can be made on the basis of pineapple and juice from it. For this you will need: 2 cups of canned pineapple, 0.5 tbsp. pineapple juice, 50 g sugar, 50 ml apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and tomato ketchup, 1 tsp ginger root (grated), 1 tbsp. starch (preferably corn). Pour vinegar, soy sauce, fruit juice into a saucepan, put sugar and ketchup, mix. Stir the starch in water. Bring the mixture in a saucepan to a boil over medium heat, put finely chopped pineapple and ginger. Bring to a boil again, add the diluted starch, cook until thickened and remove the sauce from the heat.

Sweet and sour pineapple sauce is best served with fish.

To make a quick sauce, you need rice vinegar. Ingredients: 1/3 Art. rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 4 tbsp brown (cane) sugar, 2 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp soy sauce. Mix the starch thoroughly with water. Mix rice vinegar with sugar, soy sauce, ketchup in a saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring all the time. Pour the starch into the mixture and cook the sauce until thickened.

The sauce, which can be served with meat, is prepared as follows. You will need: 1 medium-sized pickled cucumber, 1 tbsp. rast. oil, 2 tsp potato starch, 3 tsp cognac, 0.5 tsp vinegar (wine or 3%), 2 tsp. granulated sugar, 1 tsp tomato paste, 1 tsp Ginger Grind the pickles, put them on a hot pan and cook for 5 minutes. In a separate saucepan, mix tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, starch, brandy until a homogeneous consistency. Add water to the resulting mixture, continue to mix. Pour the cucumbers with the mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.

If the sauce is served with fatty meat, the assimilation of the dish improves.

Poultry sauce is prepared as follows. Prepare the following ingredients: 150 g of sugar, 375 ml of 3% vinegar, 125 ml of ketchup, salt, spices, 1 tbsp. soy sauce. Combine sugar and vinegar in a saucepan, put on a slow fire and wait until it boils. Add ketchup, soy sauce, salt, spices to the resulting mixture. Continue to cook it over low heat for several minutes. To make the finished sauce thicker, you can add a little flour to it.
