You will need
- - 300 g of finished biscuit;
- - 200 g of condensed milk;
- - 1 bar of dark chocolate;
- - 5 ml cream;
- - multi-colored confectionery powder.
Instruction manual
1
Grind the biscuit into small crumbs using a mixer and pour it into a deep bowl. Mix the biscuit crumbs with condensed milk until a uniform, viscous consistency is formed.
2
From the resulting mass, form small balls the size of a walnut.
3
Melt dark chocolate in a water bath, add 1 teaspoon of cream to it and mix thoroughly. It is better not to clean the bath, as if the chocolate thickens during the cooking process, then it will again have to be heated to a liquid state.
4
Put each ball on a skewer or stick, after dipping it in chocolate. Put the prepared base for cake pops in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to freeze.
5
Dip the frozen balls in melted chocolate, evenly distributing it over the entire area with a knife and spoon.
6
Roll the cakes in the confectionery powder and put them in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
