This is a recipe for delicious chocolate meringues. Any sweet tooth will be delighted with such a dish. Especially the recipe is good for young children. After all, they love something delicious so much.

You will need

  • 40 g of dark chocolate (70%),

  • 50 gr sesame seeds

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • sugar - 100 gr.,

  • Glaze Plus:

  • 10 grams of cocoa powder without additives,

  • 20 g sour cream 10%,

  • 10 grams of water

  • 25 g icing sugar,

  • 1 teaspoon of gelatin.

We heat the oven to 100 degrees, cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

Fry the sesame seeds in a pan until golden - do not fry too much, otherwise the sesame seeds may become very dark.

Be sure to cool sesame seeds! If you do not, the meringue chocolate will melt and the color will deteriorate.

Rub the chocolate on a fine grater. In a deep bowl, whisk the whites with a pinch of salt to strong peaks, add lemon juice and sugar and whisk again until a shiny, thick mass is obtained.

Add chocolate and sesame to the proteins, mix and teaspoon precipitate 20 future bezeshek on baking paper.

Bake in a preheated oven for 1.5 hours, do not open the oven during baking. Cool the meringues. Cooking the icing.

In a small saucepan, mix cocoa, sour cream, water and powdered sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Add gelatin to the hot mixture and stir until it dissolves.
