You will need
Middle rabbit carcass, 200 grams of mayonnaise, 500 grams of sour cream, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of butter, 3 cloves of garlic, ½ teaspoon of basil, ½ teaspoon of thyme, sunflower oil, salt, pepper

Finely chop one onion, mix with mayonnaise. Cut the carcass of the rabbit into portions. Marinate the rabbit in mayonnaise for 1-2 hours.

Sauté the rabbit slices in vegetable oil and transfer the slices to a baking sheet.

Peel and chop the carrots. Cut the onion into rings. Sauté them in butter.

Put carrots and onions on top of pieces of meat. Salt, pepper, add basil and thyme.

Heat sour cream in a water bath to a liquid consistency. Pour sour cream into a baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and periodically pour meat over the first 20 minutes.

Cover the baking sheet with a lid or foil and simmer in the oven for about half an hour. Serve hot. Bon Appetit!
