  • 40 g flour

Cut the pork into 5-7 mm wide plates, put it on a cutting board and cover with cling film. We beat off, remove the film and salt to taste.

Chops dipped in batter and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.

It is better to use lean meat, such as chopped meat or tenderloin.

Chops will be ready as soon as the cheese is melted.

Do not neglect the cling film when beating meat, otherwise the muscle fibers will be torn and the dish will not look neat.

Chops should not be too thick, otherwise they will not be fried properly.

The tomato can be peeled by sprinkling it with boiling water.

To make the batter thicker, you can add more flour.
