You will need
4 pieces of salmon, 2 tbsp. tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 lemon

If salmon is frozen, thaw it at room temperature.

Squeeze juice out of lemon (1 teaspoon of lemon juice is needed). Mix it with soy sauce.

Put the pieces of salmon in a deep bowl and pour the marinade of soy sauce and lemon juice. Place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Pour 1/3 of the water into the pan, place a colander on top so that it does not reach the water. Put the fish in a colander and cover.

Bring the water to a boil and cook the fish until cooked (15-20 minutes). Serve with rice or boiled vegetables.
Useful advice
You can also cook fish in a double boiler. To do this, select the "steam" or "grill" mode.
