An unusual appetizer is suitable for any holiday and will become both an addition to any dish, as well as an independent dish. No wonder autumn is the time for mushrooms!

You will need
15 large champignons, 400 grams of chicken, 300 grams of cheese, 1/2 packet of mayonnaise, ½ bunch of greens, vegetable oil

Remove the mushrooms from the dirt and wipe with a damp cloth. Remove the mushroom legs so as not to damage the caps.

Cut the legs of the mushroom into small circles and fry in vegetable oil.

Boil the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces and lightly fry in vegetable oil.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Wash greens and chop finely

Combine the fried mushroom legs, chicken, mayonnaise, 1 part cheese and greens. Stir well and stuff mushrooms with this filling. To do this, use a teaspoon.

Sprinkle the mushrooms with the remaining cheese from above and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Mushrooms will be ready when they darken and decrease in size. Look for mushrooms so they do not burn.
