Delicious is a puff salad with chicken and mushrooms. Here's what you need for this dish:

- 300 g of chicken;

- 1 can of canned champignons;

- 400 g of potatoes;

- 2 carrots;

- 2 small heads of onions;

- 3 boiled eggs;

- 200 g of mayonnaise;

- a small bunch of parsley.

Potatoes and carrots need to be washed, boiled in a "uniform" until tender, put to cool, then peeled. Separately, boil a piece of chicken for 25 minutes (from the moment of boiling), then also cool. Peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry together with mushrooms in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, also cool. Peel the boiled eggs, break the protein, take out the yolk. Place these egg parts in separate containers.

Take a high transparent dish, start spreading the salad in layers, each - add and grease with mayonnaise:

- the first layer is coarsely grated potatoes;

- second - finely chopped chicken fillet;

- mushrooms with onions;

- carrots, grated coarsely;

- protein grated on a coarse grater;

On a protein greased with mayonnaise, add finely crushed or grated yolk. Around the bottom of the salad, put the leaves of parsley, plant several leaves on its top. After 2 hours of cooling in the fridge, you can try the dish.

Make a fancy seafood salad. To do this, buy:

- 1 pack of ready-made sea cocktail in oil;

- 1 beetroot;

- 1 carrot;

- parsley, dill;

- mayonnaise in plastic packaging without a lid.

Root crops should be washed thoroughly, boiled separately. Beets - put in cold water to become softer. Peel the vegetables, cut into cubes.

Open the package of cocktail, drop it in a colander to a glass of oil. Cut the seafood into medium sized pieces.

Rinse dill and parsley, chop finely with a knife. Scissor a small corner of a packet of mayonnaise. Now it can be dosed, and in the end - decorate the dish. Start spreading the salad by pouring a small amount of mayonnaise on each layer. Form it in the form of a slide, let the lower layers be visible from under the upper ones.

First - beets, greens on it. Next, carrots, greens again, and finally - seafood. Garnish a puff salad with seafood greens, put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Salad "Delicious"

The festive puff salad with salmon and red caviar continues the marine theme. To prepare it, you will need:

- 4 boiled eggs;

- 200 g of slightly salted salmon;

- 4 boiled potatoes;

- 100 g of cheese;

- mayonnaise;

- 4 tbsp caviar for decoration.

Rub potatoes coarsely. Grind proteins as well, and yolks on a fine grater. Cut the fish into small squares. Put half the grated potatoes in a salad bowl, then fish, squirrels, cheese, then again potatoes, salmon, squirrels. Do not forget to lightly grease the layers with mayonnaise, and salt the potatoes. Garnish with yolks, make a large mesh of mayonnaise, put caviar in several cells.
