- - 700 g of grapes;
- - 500 g of cookies;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of milk;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of gelatin;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 500 g of sour cream (20%).

To prepare the first lower layer of the cake, crush the cookies into small crumbs. Add milk and mix everything. Put the resulting soft dough into a mold and place in the refrigerator.

For the second sour cream layer, whip in a mixer sour cream with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. Pour one part of gelatin into 0.5 cups of water and leave to swell for 20-30 minutes. Melt it in a water bath for complete dissolution. After cooling slightly, add gelatin to sour cream, mix and fill in the first cake. Put in the refrigerator.

Make the last layer - grape. Sprinkle the grapes (500 g) with sugar and set on fire. Heat until boiling, then cool slightly, strain and fill with the remaining dissolved gelatin.

Halve the rest of the grapes. After the cream has hardened, lay the grapes on it. Pour in grape juice carefully and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until completely solidified.
