  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 2 cups of flour

  • walnuts - 50 g
  • For cream you will need:

  • 2 cups sour cream

  • 200 g butter
  • For glaze you will need:

  • 1 cup milk

  • 200 g butter,

  • 250-300 g cocoa

  • 1 cup of sugar

Instruction manual

1

Break eggs into a bowl, pour a glass of sugar and beat with a mixer until a thick foam forms, quench a spoon of soda with acetic acid and pour into the dough, then add the flour and continue whisking. We should get a dough that is similar to pancake in consistency.

Oven cakes are necessary in the oven, preheated. The baking sheet on which we form the cakes must first be greased with margarine or butter. Scones should be like pancakes. Having laid the dough on a baking sheet, put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes so that the dough is browned. Then get our cakes out of the oven and let them cool.

2

While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream.

Put two glasses of sour cream, 200 grams of melted butter and a glass of sugar in a deep bowl, add vanillin to taste. After all, beat our mixture to a homogeneous consistency for 5-7 minutes, until the sugar dissolves.

3

We begin to shape our turtle. Tortillas are alternately lowered into the cream, leaving for 1-3 minutes to soak, not all the cakes should be lowered into the cream, several should be left dry. On a large dish, spread the cakes in several layers so that the silhouette resembles a turtle, forming a turtle, fill it with the remaining cream and put in the refrigerator. The cake should freeze.

4

While the cake cools, prepare the icing.

In a bowl we pour a glass of milk, cocoa, sugar, butter, put on a fire and, stirring, heat. It should get a thick mass.

Pour the frozen cake base with warm glaze, leaving slippers, a tail and a head clean. Then sprinkle with walnuts, then again in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

You can still decorate the turtle with dried fruits, kiwi, etc. It all depends on your imagination.
