First, separate the whites from the yolks. Mash yolks with granulated sugar until completely dissolved. Whisk the whites with a pinch of sugar in a good foam. Mix flour with a spoon of baking powder. Mix the yolk mixture with flour. Then carefully mix whipped proteins into this mass.

Now you need to prepare a baking sheet. To do this, line it with baking parchment and lightly grease it with oil. Next, put a small amount of dough into a pastry syringe or pastry bag. About 100 g will be the white stripes of your tiger roll. Add cocoa to the remaining dough and mix thoroughly.

On parchment with white dough, apply an arbitrary pattern, zigzags or a kind of mesh. Gently cover it with chocolate dough, lining it all over the baking sheet with a thin layer.
