After the beets are fried, they need to be poured into a pan and stir. After that, chop the carrots and onions and also send to the pan. Fry all this for about 10 minutes. Then dilute the tomato paste with water and pour into the borsch, stir and pour the carrots and onions into it, stir again.

Now you need to rinse the mushrooms and add them to the borsch. Then rinse the prunes and seed, and also put in borsch. After that add sauerkraut and stir. Then cut the apple into two parts and lower it into the borsch. Then add 1 bay leaf and parsley root. Borsch is ready!
