You will need
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 1 onion;
- - 200 g of cherry tomatoes;
- - 100 ml. cream with a fat content of 35%;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - olive oil for frying.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the cherry into halves. Place a frying pan with olive oil on a high heat and let it warm up.

Peel the garlic while oil is heated and cut each clove into two halves. Sauté the garlic in oil for 2 minutes over low heat. Once the oil has absorbed the smell and taste of garlic, remove it. Put the chopped onion in the butter and sauté until transparent.

Stir it constantly while frying. Add champignons to the pan and increase the heat slightly. Once all the liquid has evaporated, add the cherry. Mix well and simmer for at least another minutes. Then pour the cream into the pan and simmer again over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Useful advice
To prepare this sauce, you can take as fresh, still canned mushrooms.
Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with ordinary tomatoes.
