  • - carrots 1 pc.;

  • - processed cheese 3 pcs. 100 g each;

  • - potatoes 5-6 pcs.;

  • - Bay leaf;

  • - greens;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - salt.

Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry the vegetables separately from each other in vegetable oil until golden brown. It takes about 5-6 minutes.

Stuffing salt and pepper. Add 1 egg, half the fried onions and mix. Shape the meatballs.

Pour water into the pan, add the fried onions and carrots and bring to a boil. Then put meatballs in the broth and cook over medium heat.

While the soup is boiling, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Then send to the pan. Salt the soup, pepper and lay the bay leaf.

Cut the processed cheese into small pieces and put in the soup when the potatoes are ready. Mix well. 1-2 minutes before cooking, add greens to the soup.

Serve soup only when hot. You can decorate each plate with sprigs of fresh herbs.
