Cocoa Chocolate Cream Recipe

You will need:

- 100 grams of butter;

- 100 ml of milk;

- a glass of sugar;

- three tablespoons of cocoa;

- two tablespoons of flour.

Cooking

Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a saucepan and put on fire (the fire should be minimal).

Once the butter has melted, add all the sugar, flour and cocoa to it, mix thoroughly.

Pour milk into the mixture and, stirring constantly, cook the cream until thickened (about 10 minutes). Remove the finished cream from the heat, whisk and cool.

Cocoa Cream Cake

You will need:

- three eggs;

- 400 grams of butter;

- a bag of vanilla sugar;

- three tablespoons of cocoa;

- a teaspoon of brandy;

- 100 ml of water;

- two tablespoons of sugar.

Cooking

In a metal bowl, mix water with sugar, put the bowl on a fire and bring the mixture to a boil.

In a separate cup, beat the eggs to a lush, dense foam (they should increase in volume by about three times).

As soon as the eggs are beaten, without ceasing to beat, pour hot sugar syrup into the mass with a thin stream.

Mix butter, vanilla sugar, cocoa and cognac, combine the mixture with the egg mass. The cream is ready.

- 100 grams of powdered sugar;

- 50 grams of cocoa;

- 10 grams of gelatin.

Cooking

Cool the sour cream, then mix it with powdered sugar and cocoa and beat thoroughly with a mixer.

Dissolve gelatin in 30 ml of water, mix it with sour cream. Pour the finished cream into molds and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
