You will need
- - 200 g of hard cheese;
- - Bell pepper;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.

Cut the chilled cheese into long strips according to the size of the future schnitzel, 3-5 mm thick.

Rinse and dry the bell pepper with a paper towel. Peel the seeds and cut into strips to the size of the cheese. Flatten each strip.

Put a prepared strip of sweet pepper on a piece of cheese and cover with another piece of cheese. For sharpness, sprinkle the inside of the schnitzel with ground pepper.

Roll the schnitzel gently in flour on both sides. Beat eggs and dip the cooked cake mix on both sides, bread in breadcrumbs.

Fry for about 5 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil. Then turn over and fry the same amount. Serve hot. For a side dish, prepare a salad of fresh vegetables or just a vegetable cut.
