Kale + Banana + Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 swing kale cabbage;
- 0.5 cups of almond milk;
- 1 tbsp soft peanut butter;
- half a small frozen banana.
At the cabbage, remove the stems. Then chop all the ingredients (if you use a powerful kitchen processor, you can skip this option) and chop the blender until smooth.
Strawberries + apple + almond oil
