Ham and omelette salad will be a worthy decoration of the festive table. Salad is very easy and quick to prepare.

You will need
- - 6 pcs. eggs
- - 5 tbsp milk for omelet;
- - 1 can of corn;
- - 250 g of ham;
- - 1 PC. Yalta onion;
- - 4 cogs;
- - 50 g of greens, dill, parsley;
- - salt, pepper (to taste)
- - 100 g of mayonnaise;
- - sunflower oil (for frying omelet).

Cooking omelets. Combine the eggs with milk and beat with a mixer, adding salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture in small portions onto a preheated pan. Fry 5-6 small omelets. Leave the omelets to cool.

Pour the corn into a bowl, after draining the liquid, cut the ham into strips and add to the corn. Then chop the onion finely and send it to the bowl.

Turn the cooled omelettes into a tube and cut into rings. Add the omelet to the rest of the ingredients.

Pass the garlic through the garlic and add to the salad. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped greens and season it all with mayonnaise. Mix everything well and put it in portioned dishes.
Useful advice
If there is no milk at hand, it can be replaced with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Omelets will turn out airier.
