On the shelves of stores is a huge number of different brands of stew. The choice, of course, is pretty good, but does this product justify itself? I tend to the fact that the quality of many products is poor. I propose not to take risks and cook a delicious stew at home.

Instruction manual
1
Grind the pork meat with a knife, cut into small pieces. Just before, do not forget to cut off all excess fat from it. For cooking stews, it is best to use meat from the shoulder blade.
2
Season the chopped meat with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix everything as it should.
3
Having sterilized a glass jar, first place a bay leaf and then seasoned meat on its bottom. Make sure that the meat is laid out quite tightly. After covering the dishes with a sterilized lid, place it in the oven.
4
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees. When the meat in the jar begins to boil, reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 degrees and cook the stew for another 3 hours.
5
Melt the lard in the meantime. To do this, cut it into small pieces, put in a roasting pan, then melt fat from it, heating it over low heat.
6
After 3 hours, remove the jar of meat from the oven. Pour the stewed pork with melted fat. Close the cookware tightly and leave it at room temperature until it cools completely.
7
Cool the meat mass in the refrigerator. Homemade stew is ready! By the way, this stew is well stored at room temperature.
