Try baking a pie with apples and plums. It turns out very soft and tasty. Apples and plums give a special fruity aroma, in addition, they are very useful. They contain vitamins and minerals. And yet, most importantly, the benefits of apples baked in a pie are not reduced. To our surprise, apples do not lose their properties during heat treatment.

You will need
- - 250 ml of milk;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 250 g margarine;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 2 cups of flour;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- - 7 plums;
- - 4 apples;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - a bag of baking powder;
- - vanillin;

Wash plums and apples, separate from seeds. Cut the plums into halves, cut the apples into slices.

Boil milk and dissolve sugar in it.

Beat margarine and gradually add milk and sugar. Continuing to beat, add eggs.

When all eggs are driven in, add vanillin and flour with baking powder. Mix well.

Prepare the mold in advance, cover it with baking paper or grease with butter, lay out the dough, and even it out.

Put the fruits on top, alternating apple slices and plums. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Put the finished pie on a flat plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve for tea.
