Cooking the dough. Mix butter or margarine with flour and grind with your fingers. Add the yolks and stir. If it turns out tight, you can add a tablespoon of water or milk. Knead the dough, wrap in a film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. We distribute the dough in the form and pierce with a fork. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.

Cut the bacon into pieces and lightly fry. We rub the cheese. Beat eggs with milk and add cheese, salt and spices. We scatter the bacon over the surface of the pie and fill it with egg-cheese mixture. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. The cake is ready.

Useful advice

If you do not want to waste time preparing shortcrust pastry, you can replace it with a ready-made puff pastry. Fried vegetables can be added to the filling. Instead of cream or milk, not too fat sour cream is suitable.
