  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;

  • - 1.5 tbsp. flour;

  • - ground nutmeg, white pepper, salt to taste.

Wash the squid, remove the films. Chop two carcasses with a knife into small pieces, chop the rest together with onions in a meat grinder.

Combine the squid, add the raw egg, vegetable oil, spices and mix.

Prepare the dough: pour out the flour with a slide and beat in an egg. Add water, knead the steep dough, divide into two identical parts.

Roll one part to a thin layer, outline a row of circles from one edge with a special recess. In the center of the circle, put a portion of minced meat, cover with the second half of the dough and cut out round dumplings for the dumplings.

The edges of the dumplings carefully combine and boil in salted water until tender.
