You will need
- - 2 bell peppers, better than multi-colored
- - 2 onions
- - 1 pod of chili pepper
- - 1.5 kg of potatoes
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar
- - 1 tsp paprika
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 1 tsp caraway seeds
- - 4-5 Art. tablespoons olive oil
- - parsley
- - salt
- - pepper
Instruction manual

Peel the potatoes, boil until almost ready.

Pepper and onion cut into medium cubes.

Chop the garlic and chilli with a knife.

In a mortar, mix and thoroughly crush chili pepper, garlic, vinegar, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil, paprika cumin and salt.

Heat 2-3 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of oil.

Cut the potato.

Fry the potatoes in oil until crisp.

Add the onions and fry a little more.

Add bell peppers, seasonings and sauté for another 4-5 minutes.

Pepper and salt to taste. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with parsley.
