Instruction manual

1

Make dough for tartlets. Combine the dry ingredients in a deep container. Rub butter and eggs in a separate bowl, then mix with the dry mixture. After mixing the dough, put it in a plastic bag. Leave the dough in a cool place for 1 hour.

2

Hard boil eggs for salad. Do the same with potatoes. Free the cooled products from the shell and peel, cut into small pieces. Finely chop the sausage and pickled cucumbers, combine with potatoes and eggs.

3

Roll out the rest of the dough into a layer of not more than 0.5 centimeters. Cut the dough pieces into the shape of muffin tins. Spread each workpiece in a mold, sprinkle dry peas on top.

4

Heat the oven to 180 degrees, set a baking tray with tartlets. Bake convenience foods for 15-17 minutes. After taking out the baking, let it cool on a sheet, then free from forms and peas.

5

Shortly before the celebration, mix all the necessary products for the salad. Fill the salad with olive oil tartlets, decorate and place on the table.

note

Tartlets can be baked in advance or purchased at a store.

Useful advice

So that the tartlets do not get wet, do not fill them in advance.
