Now one more meaning has been added, this word refers to a thin meat cutlet fried in oil.

Those who like to eat tasty food do not need to talk about the virtues of meat. The main thing is that it should be soft and juicy. That is what a tender schnitzel with an egg is.

To prepare 8 servings you will need:

  • pork - 700 g (you can take any other meat)
  • roll - 100 g
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • onions - 1 pc. large
  • 1 egg per mince
  • 8 stuffed eggs
  • cheese - 150 g
  • salt, pepper, sunnel hops, herbs - to taste

Cooking:

  1. First, prepare the minced meat. Soak the roll in milk. It is better if the bun is stale, so that the finished schnitzels do not acidify.
  2. Scroll the meat, onion and roll through a meat grinder (or grind in a blender). Salt, add pepper and suneli hops. Add the egg and knead thoroughly until smooth. If the meat is very steep, add the milk from the roll.
  3. Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with oil or use a baking mat. We take a whole palm of minced meat and sculpt a patty with a recess in the middle (in the form of a boat) and put on a baking sheet. Use a spoon to increase the recess. Put the schnitzels in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. At this time, three cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. We take out the schnitzels, pour cheese into each recess. And there we break the egg. Make sure that the egg does not leak out of the “boat”. Around the yolk again sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
  7. Put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
