The first step is to peel the carrots and cut into small cubes or rub on a grater. We transfer the carrots to the pan, fill in 1/3 of the carrots with milk and leave to simmer over low heat until cooked. When the carrots reach readiness, you need to add butter to it and mix thoroughly.

Add dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar and yeast. If you do not use dry, quick-soluble yeast, but pressed or dry active yeast, then you need to dissolve them in a small amount of warm water before use. Pour in the rest of the milk, add candied fruit and spices, mix thoroughly.

Now you need to let the dough rise - cover the bowl with a towel and leave it closer to the battery. The dough should rise twice. This may take an hour. When the dough is suitable, you need to distribute it by shape.

Send cakes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

To check readiness is simple, pierce the Easter cake with a toothpick: if it remains dry, the baking is ready.
note
You should not spread the dough more than 1/3 of the volume of the form - the dough should rise again already in the forms.
