  • - 2/3 cup breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs;

  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of parsley;

  • - 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika;

  • - 1 teaspoon of honey (optional).

It is desirable that the salmon is chilled, not frozen, then the fish will turn out even more tender and retain a greater amount of nutrients. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top of the fillet.

In a small bowl, mix mustard and 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme, optionally add 1 teaspoon of honey. Pour breadcrumbs (or bread crumbs), the remaining 1 teaspoon of thyme, olive oil, chopped parsley and paprika into another bowl. Add a little more salt and pepper. In the absence of fresh herbs, you can use spices of dried herbs.

With a small spoon or brush, apply the mustard mixture on top of the fillet pieces, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake salmon slices for 10 minutes, if necessary up to 14 minutes, until the breadcrumbs on the fillet become crispy. Serve hot. This dish goes well with cheese and cream sauces. As a side dish, potatoes or vegetables are suitable.
