Roll out the thawed dough and cut into squares according to the number of servings. In handling puff pastry, certain rules must be observed: defrost gradually at room temperature, roll out in one direction and cut with a very sharp knife. All this is required so that the structure of the test is not broken, it does not crack, and the layers do not stick together.

On each piece of dough you need to put a portion of stewed vegetables, and put a drumstick on them with the bone up. Collect the dough in a "bag" and fix the corners with a thread or arrow of green onions. You do not need to put too many fillings, otherwise it will not be possible to collect the “bag”. Depending on the number of servings and temperature, the cooking time can reach 20 minutes, but it is not recommended to leave longer - puff pastry is baked very quickly, and there is a risk that the dish will burn.
