We clean the cloves of garlic, then chop coarsely, sprinkle with salt and crush in some small container. Finely chop the washed dried parsley and set aside 1 tablespoon of this amount. Mix the butter with garlic, the rest of the parsley, pepper and lemon juice. Separate half the mixture and lubricate the heat-resistant form.

Wash the shrimp, clean, remove the head. Also remove the black tourniquet. Shrimps need to be dried and laid out in a mold. We distribute the second half of the mixture from above. Preheat the oven. Then bake over medium heat for 15 minutes.

For serving, cut lemon slices and divide them in half. Serve the shrimp with the rest of the parsley and lemon slices.

The amount of salt, pepper or lemon juice can vary depending on your taste preferences. Instead of giant ones, you can use tiger prawns.

Useful advice

If there is no desire to clean the shrimp, you can bake them in a shell, but be sure to remove the heads and pull out the tourniquet from under the shell with a knife. You can also put less butter, if you want the dish not to be too high in calories.
