We make a cupcake from a dough. Knead the dough and leave to ferment for 3 hours. Rub the butter with sugar, gradually adding eggs. In the resulting mass we introduce flour, salt, raisins, candied fruit and cooked dough, knead the dough and let it come up for one hour.

We form the finished dough and put it into a mold pre-lubricated with oil, and leave it at a temperature of 37 - 40oC so that it fits.

When the dough is doubled, grease the surface with an egg and sprinkle with kernels of nuts. We put the mold in the oven and bake for one hour at a temperature of 190-200 ° C. After cooling, the cake can be decorated with icing sugar.

Useful advice

A warm air cupcake must be cut with a hot knife - in this case, it will not rumple. You can use a thick thread: take it with both hands and carefully cut the desired piece.

If the cake is slightly burnt, you need to cool it, then carefully remove the burnt layer with a knife or grater and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
