Instruction manual
1
Put a saucepan with a thick bottom on low heat, pour sugar into it, wait for it to dissolve - the sugar should turn golden. Pour a spoonful of coffee, pour in the condensed milk, constantly stirring the mass. Stir until smooth, then remove the saucepan from the heat without stopping stirring.
2
Add softened butter to the resulting mixture in several passes. Stir with a whisk, then put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool.
3
Enter the sifted flour into the cooled mass, mix until smooth - the dough for the future cookies is ready.
4
Divide the finished dough into two parts, form sausages from both, wrap them in cling film, and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Dough for caramel-coffee biscuits can be prepared in the evening to cook and serve a warm treat in the morning for breakfast.
5
Remove the chilled sausages from the dough, roll them in sesame, as if squeezing them into it. Then cut the sausages into rings of about 1-1.5 cm, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
6
Bake caramel and coffee cookies in sesame for 20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cool the finished cookies slightly and serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
