  • - vegetable oil for frying mushrooms;

  • - fresh cucumber and lemon for decoration;

  • - salt to taste.

Put the squid to defrost. Boil hard boiled eggs, place them under a stream of cold water from a tap to cool. This will help quick peeling.

Wash thawed squids with cold water. In no case do not wash in hot, this will make the meat pinkish. Be sure to remove the film from the squid, otherwise you will ruin their taste after cooking. Heat the water in a pan, salt it.
