- - a pinch of garlic powder;

Preheat the oven to 200C. We thoroughly wash the potatoes, but do not peel them. We make cuts in each potato with an interval of about 5 mm.

Cut the butter and parmesan into slices, spread them alternately in the cuts in the potato. Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.

We bake potatoes for 45-55 minutes (depending on size), after that we take out, pour cream and sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
